Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our full policy below for additional details. 

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assist. 

Please send us an email along with a picture of your package(s) to shopwithus@southerndesignbylexi.com. Photo(s) MUST be clear and show the defect or damage to or on your item(s). If no photo is included, we will not be able to assist further. 

Refunds/Exchanges

Once you have contacted us with your issue/refund request, we will review and respond ASAP. All items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. If your request is approved/accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

If approved for a refund, you will be issued a store credit/gift card for the amount of your item, minus the shipping cost. Shipping is not refundable.

All Sale items are FINAL Sale. No refund or exchange will be granted on sale items. 

Holiday & Print on Demand items

All sales are FINAL on all holiday themed items. There will be no refunds or exchanges on these items. All sales are also final on all items that are printed and shipped at the time of your purchase. You will find in the description of the item if an item(s) falls into either of these categories. 

Gift Cards

No physical gift card will be physically mailed to you. All gift cards are digital gift cards and will be sent and received via email. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or from the date issued. After 1 year, gift cards will expire and you will not be able to use them and any remaining balance will be lost. Use of your gift card can only be redeemed at www.southerndesignbylexi.com. It cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. If your gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Gift cards are redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining balance on your card. You cannot use a gift card to pay for another gift card.
